At Encore Promotional Products, we strive to provide high-quality customized products and exceptional service. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns:

Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, including any items that have been engraved, printed, or decorated with your logo or design, are non-returnable and non-refundable. We take great care to ensure that all custom products meet your specifications and quality standards.

Returnable Items: We accept returns of blank (non-customized) products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Process: To initiate a return for blank products, please contact our customer service team at 619.550.3730 or via email inquiry@encorepromo.us with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the items back to us.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
