- It scales with the price of the item. Products under $50 typically start at 24 pieces, items from $51 to $99 start at 15, and anything over $100 starts at 10. The minimum for a given product is shown on its page before you request a quote.
- Can I see my logo on the product before I order?
- Yes. The free mockup tool puts your artwork on the actual product photo in a couple of minutes, no sales call first. Upload a PNG, PDF, or AI file, place it, and you get a branded mockup sheet you can send around for approval.
- Which brands can you decorate?
- Nike, TravisMathew, The North Face, OGIO, New Era, Adidas, LARQ, Eagle Creek, NOMATIC, JBL, and Anker, among others. Retail brands carry their own decoration rules, so the product page tells you what can be printed or embroidered on each one.
- Do you decorate in-house?
- Yes, in San Diego, California. Embroidery, screen printing, laser engraving, and full-color printing happen in-house, which is why artwork questions get answered by the person who runs the job rather than a ticket queue.
- How fast can you turn an order around?
- It depends on the product and the decoration method, and the honest answer for a specific job comes with the quote. If the deadline is tight, the Quick Ship collection is filtered to products that are stocked and fast to decorate.
