Last updated: July 15, 2026. By using encorepromo.us or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. We sell custom branded merchandise to businesses and adults. If something here is wrong for your legal team, tell us before production starts.

Quotes are not a cart

Prices on product pages are blank starting prices or ranges. Decorated program pricing, setups, freight, taxes, and rush (when available) are confirmed on a written quote. A quote becomes an order when you approve it and we accept payment or PO terms we have agreed to in writing.

Artwork and approvals

You represent that you own or have rights to use the logos and artwork you send. You approve proofs before decoration. Once you approve and we produce, customized goods are final sale (see return policy).

Minimums and inventory

Many styles have unit minimums. Quick Ship decorated orders have a $3,500 program minimum. Inventory is live but not reserved until your order is confirmed. If stock moves between quote and approval, we will say so and offer options.

Payment

There is no self-serve checkout on this site. Card payments go through a secure payment link (PayPal or equivalent processor). We never ask you to email full card numbers. Invoices paid by check or ACH follow the terms on the invoice.

Limitation of liability

We stand behind decoration quality and order accuracy against the approved proof. We are not liable for lost profits, brand campaigns, or event outcomes tied to carrier delays outside our control. Maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid us for that order.

Site use

Do not scrape the catalog for resale as a competing storefront, attempt to break security, or use the site for anything illegal. We may refuse service that misuses brand marks or violates law.
