How do you decorate Cross pens?

Laser engraving, almost always. The beam cuts the mark into the barrel, so it does not wear off where fingers hold the pen. Clean wordmarks and simple icons come out best; very fine detail can fill in at pen scale, and we will tell you before we run it.
