How shipping works at Encore
This is a quote-first storefront. You do not checkout online. When you request a quote, a real person prices the blanks, decoration, and shipping for your destination, qty, and timeline. We ship nationwide with major carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS as the job needs).
What the quote includes
- Production location. Decoration (embroidery, print, laser, UV color) is done in-house in Chula Vista / San Diego County, California.
- Timeline honesty. Blank stock, decoration method, and qty set production time. Transit is separate. We put an in-hands date on the quote when we have enough info.
- Quick Ship. Styles marked Available for Quick Ship have meaningful blank inventory so we can start faster. Quick Ship decorated orders have a $3,500 program minimum per order. Stock moves daily; we reconfirm on the quote.
- Shipping cost. Freight is calculated for your ship-to address and package profile. There is no mystery cart rate on this site because there is no cart. You see the number before you pay.
- Split / multi-location ships. Possible when needed. Tell us on the quote form and we price it cleanly.
Damage, delays, and tracking
- We send tracking when the order leaves. If a carton shows up damaged, photo it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can open a claim with the carrier.
- Carrier weather and peak-season delays happen. We do not invent magic transit times to win the quote.
