Embroidery is the usual call for soft goods. We confirm placement and size on each bag style before production. Apparel follows standard embroidery or print by fabric.

What is the minimum order for custom OGIO?

Decorated programs have a $2,500 program minimum per order (Quick Ship is $3,500). We do make exceptions — inquire about your needs and we’ll see what we can do. Per-style mins vary by blank and decoration. Share headcount and in-hands date for the real number.

How fast can custom OGIO ship?

When blanks are in stock, decoration is typically measured in days after art approval. Quick Ship badges mean meaningful blank inventory. We lock dates on the quote, not a guess.

Where is decoration done?

Decoration is in-house in San Diego: embroidery, print, laser, or DTF depending on the product. A real person quotes turnaround after art approval and blank stock checks.
