FAQ

How much does custom apparel cost?
Clothing cards show estimated prices at the stated minimum, including the decoration listed on the card. Setup is shown separately. Some styles require a quote. Choose a style and quantity to see your estimate. Your quote confirms artwork, shipping and tax. Embroidery and Colorfusion are the same price.
What is the minimum order for custom apparel?
Each style has its own minimum, shown on the product page and on its card. Do not assume every garment starts at 24. Some jackets start at 12. The number on that product is the one that applies.
What brands do you stock for corporate apparel?
The apparel catalog runs 506 active styles. Under Armour leads with 79 of them, followed by Adidas at 65, TravisMathew at 47, OGIO at 46 and Nike at 44. Below that sit The North Face at 23, New Era at 18, Brooks Brothers at 9, Nautica at 6, Port Authority at 5, Eddie Bauer at 4 and Tommy Bahama at 3. Polos and jackets are the two biggest categories, at 104 and 85 styles.
Is the logo embroidered or printed on apparel?
The decoration listed on the product card is the one the estimate uses. Many styles list left-chest embroidery at $12.00 per unit plus a $75.00 setup. Check the selected style for its decoration price and setup fee. Colorfusion is the same price as embroidery, including setup. Your quote confirms artwork and placement.
Can I mix sizes and styles in one order?
The style minimum shown on the product page applies to the style as a whole, so sizes within that style count toward one number rather than each size needing its own minimum. Ordering several styles works the same way, with each one quoted against its own quantity ladder. Where it gets more expensive is logos, not sizes: each separate design carries its own setup when the product page lists one.
What does a corporate apparel program look like at Encore?
In practice it is a standing order built from the same catalog anyone can browse: a handful of styles across the 506 active SKUs, each decorated with the same logo through left-chest embroidery, reordered as headcount or seasons change. Because decoration happens in Encore's own San Diego shop rather than through a print vendor, the same setup and the same $12.00 per-unit embroidery price apply whether it's the first order or the fifth.
Why does the price per piece vary so much between a t-shirt and a hooded sweatshirt?
The embroidery cost holds steady at $12.00 a unit; what changes is the blank garment underneath it. A New Era crew tee blanks at $13.40, so the all-in price at 24 pieces is $28.53. An Under Armour Rival Fleece Hoodie blanks at $55.00, so the same 24-piece run comes to $70.13. A Nike Dri-FIT polo sits in between at $63.15. Heavier fabric and brand markup drive the gap, not the decoration.
