This heated cotton jacket features a polyester lining, nylon fabric, and down filling. The collar is made of polar fleece, which fits snugly against your skin and keeps you warm. It uses a new carbon fiber heating wire that doesn't emit harmful radiation when heated. This heated jacket is equipped with three levels of temperature control. It's windproof and waterproof, locking in heat. It's perfect for winter outings, snowmobiling, and skiing. 32 1/4" L x 22" W
