This heated cotton jacket is made of polyester lining, nylon fabric and down filling. It uses a new carbon fiber heating wire, a four-control 21-zone heater, and no harmful radiation. The heated cotton jacket is equipped with three temperature control levels, high temperature of about 45 degrees Celsius, medium temperature of about 35 degrees Celsius, and low temperature of about 25 degrees Celsius. It is very suitable for going out in winter, snowmobiling, skiing. 31 1/2" L x 20 5/8" W
