This mug only comes with laser engraving, not printing or embroidery. That's BruMate's rule for its retail lineup, and it keeps things simple: $8 per piece added to the list price for the engraving, plus a one-time $75 setup. Minimum order 24 pieces. Where is decoration done?

In-house in San Diego, California: embroidery, print, and laser engraving depending on the product. A real person handles every order.

How fast can you ship?

Styles marked Available for QUICK SHIP have meaningful blank stock on hand and deliver in 5 days from order after art approval. Decoration timing still depends on method and qty. Quick Ship orders have a $3,500 program minimum. We confirm in-hands dates on the quote.
